2. Educators and User Content
   Educators may use the platform to create and use Lessons. However, the content of the Lessons must be original, and any use of third-party materials must be appropriately licensed or fall within acceptable use under applicable copyright law.

   The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Prim-Ed Publishing & R.I.C. Publications., and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Use of Prim-Ed Publishing and RIC Publications Materials
   Any activities created by Prim-Ed Publishing and R.I.C. Publications are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Users are permitted to use these materials for the purposes of creating Lessons on our platform, provided such use is in accordance with any terms and conditions specified by Prim-Ed Publishing and RIC Publications.
